Enrolling Your Child
When you wish to enroll your child(ren) at LIW, we need:
* Birth Certificate
* Immunization Records; a child cannot enter the classroom without these records.
* Enrollment Packet
Enrollment Packets are available by request. Paperwork necessary for enrollment is listed below for your convenience.
Guidelines for Attendance
Arrives 8:20 - 9:30 Tardy
Arrives 9:30 - 12:00 1/2 Day Absence
Departs 12:00 - 2:30 1/2 Day Absence
Departs after 2:30 No Absence
Students generally arrive at 8:00 am.
School begins at 8:20 AM & ends at 3:27 PM.

We welcome you to join your child for lunch any time. Students are so excited to have family members dine with them at school! If you decide to eat with us, please notify the office by 9:00 am the day you wish to have lunch.

Medication Information
All medications must be brought to the office by a parent or guardian. All medications need to be stored in the office, unless prior arrangements have been made between the doctor, parents, and school. Prescription medications must be in a pharmacist-labeled container that specifies the student's name, the prescribing physician's name, the date of the prescription and the directions for use. Non-prescription medications should be in an original bottle, labeled with the student's name.
